The Role of Identity Entrepreneurship in Enhancing Green Dynamic Capabilities

Abstract

The purpose of study is to establish how much identity entrepreneurship contributes to the enhancement of green dynamic capabilities. Its significance rests in increasing employee commitment to environmental policies inside the company and encouraging environmentally friendly habits. The study was conducted at Al-Kufa Cement Plant, adopted a purposive sampling approach due to its suitability to the objectives of the research. The sample size was (110) employees, who were selected based on specified criteria related to their direct relevance to the study variables. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to the study sample and obtained (100) valid questionnaires for statistical analysis. To evaluate the hypotheses about the links of correlation and influence among the variables, the study used a variety of statistical methodologies, including SMARTPLS and SPSS. The correlation research revealed a substantial, positive, and statistically significant association between identity entrepreneurship and GDC. The shows that developing identity entrepreneurship practices has a direct correlation with increasing the organization GDC. The study also found that identity entrepreneurship a positive effect on GDC, which helps the organization reduce resource exploitation and adopt more sustainable production practices. In light of these findings, the research suggests that industrial businesses invest GDC by implementing environmentally friendly ideas, embracing current technology, and encouraging staff to submit creative green projects. The study also suggests allowing academics to rethink identity entrepreneurship in accordance with sustainability standerds and assisting them in producing sustainable entrepreneurial.
