Abstract

The purpose of the current study is to identify the role of applying talent management strategies in enhancing sustainable institutional excellence and to identify the extent of the interest of the researched institution in these strategies. The study dealt with talent management strategies as an independent variable, and its dimensions are (attracting talent, talent development, and retaining talent). Sustainable institutional excellence is the dependent variable with its dimensions, which are (governance and strategy, implementation, and application of operations, financial performance, sustainable performance, Creative performance, and human capital performance).
