The Impact of Entrepreneurship leadership and Its Role in Achieving Sustainable Strategic Performance
Abstract
Finding out how Babylon and Gulf, two private banks in Najaf Governorate, could benefit from entrepreneurial leadership to achieve long-term strategic success is the primary goal of this research. The study's variables were examined using a descriptive analytical approach to determine the type of relationship between them. The questionnaire served as the primary instrument for gathering information. Personnel from the aforementioned financial institutions made up the study's population. A total of one hundred and eighty bank administrators, department heads, division leaders, and unit operators were each given a questionnaire. A total of 287 individuals made up the study sample. With a response rate of 94.6%, 170 out of 172 valid questionnaires were returned for statistical analysis. The researcher analyzed the practical part of the study using a number of statistical tools and methodologies, including the simple regression method, correlation coefficient, standard deviation, and mathematical mean. Excel and SPSS version 28 were the advanced statistical programs used for their analysis (2007). Theoretical findings revealed a vacuum in our understanding of entrepreneurial leadership's function in attaining long-term strategic success, both generally and at the aforementioned financial institutions specifically. The study's real-world findings showed that entrepreneurial leadership's aspects had a substantial impact on performance. Additionally, the study found a lot of things., demonstrating a high level of interest and commitment among employees in these banks to sustainable strategic performance. The study recommends urging these banks to adopt the components of Entrepreneurship leadership by encouraging commercial banks in Najaf Governorate to develop clear mechanisms to proactively and tangibly address communication challenges, thus contributing to enhancing the quality of sustainable strategic performance.
